In 2011, frustrated by the lack of reliable and easily accessible information on SDN, two industry veterans launched @SDNCentral on Twitter as a means of curating credible, educational content. Soon that single Twitter feed expanded into a full media site filling a critical information gap.
However, as the site’s following grew the information problem proved more complicated. Digital transformation is driving technology decisions up the corporate ladder meaning technologists and executives increasingly have to work together to make business-critical (and expensive) decisions. When SDxCentral was officially founded in 2012, it’s vision was to provide these two drastically different audiences with a unifying language and the resources needed to work together to achieve digital transformation. Today, SDxCentral remains dedicated to that vision by continuing to adapt our content offerings as our both our audiences’ goals evolve.
